Arkansas Disability Rights Center

The Disability Rights Center of Arkansas (DRC) is the independent, private, nonprofit organization designated by the governor of Arkansas to implement the federally funded and authorized protection and advocacy systems throughout the state. DRC services provides information and referral, short-term assistance, selected individual and legal representation, systemic advocacy, monitoring and training. DRC services are provided free of charge. DRC, a nonprofit agency, is independent from state or local government.

Arkansas Independent Living Council

The Arkansas Independent Living Council is a non-profit organization promoting independent living for people with disabilities. The AILC has a Board of Directors comprised of Governor appointed Arkansans, the majority with disabilities.
